ownership for the creative, visual, and user interaction aspects of
all products produced at Trustpilot.
You will be involved in everything from early
brainstorming through to execution and refinement.

The Role
- Grow, mentor and inspire the UX and design teams, fostering a challenging, yet collaborative design culture.
- Direct a clean, provocative and intuitive user interface across our product portfolio
- Champion data-driven design through explorative research, usability evaluation, and usage analytics
Your Profile
- 10+ years leading UI and visual design for high-growth consumer sites
- Multi-platform design experience (web, mobile, tablet).
- Passion for shipping product, preferably in an agile environment.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, product management and customer support.
- The ability to communicate design strategy and decisions to executives.
- A great sense of humor.
- A passion for community driven services
- Fluent in English and a valid work permission for DK or EU if fluent in other languages this is a plus you should tell us about.
